Save the Date: Many Faces of Dementia 2018

USC Davis School of Gerontology, Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles, Keck School of Medicine of USC, and USC Roybal Institute on Aging

A one-day conference, Many Faces of Dementia: It's Not All Alzheimer's is deisgned for healthcare professionals, clinical researchers, residential care facility and community agency administrators and providers who care for people with dementia.

The morning session will feature prsentations on the course and treatment approaches for frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, vascular dementia and early onset familial Alzheimer's disease.

The afternoon will feature presentations on advances in diagnostic imaging in the differential diagnosis of dementia, a facilitated panel prsentation of individuals with dementia and their caregivers, and a presentation on community-based resources and support for families.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Social
Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Care Managers, Gerontologists, RCFE and Nursing Home
Administrators, Pharmacists, Dentists, Clergy, Physical and Occupational Therapists.

CE and CME hours will be available, pending board approval.
